Healty + Safety Policies,
Procedures & Protocols
Through the pandemic, we developed extremely effective health and safety protocols. Though some of these have been relaxed (distancing, mask requirements), we still maintain a diligent sanitizing routine and are keeping up-to-date with local health authority recommendations and guidelines.
As always, the health and safety of our dancers, dance families, and instructors is our top priority, we are happy to talk through any questions or concerns.

ILLNESS + ABSENCE
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE
- Face masks are not required but we support dancers who opt to wear one for their comfort and protection.
- We do ask dancers to wear a face mask if they are feeling under the weather and testing negative for COVID-19 (staying home is required if dancers test positive for COVID-19).
BEFORE CLASS
- Please arrive dressed for class with your hair up and with your dance shoes in tow.
- We kindly ask that dancers do their best to stay in the studio for their full class. This includes coming to class with a full water bottle and using the washroom at home or before class begins.
LOBBY + ENTERING THE STUDIO
- While the lobby has re-opened, we kindly ask that lobby crowding is kept to a minimum.
- Please place all coats/street shoes/other personal effects in a bin and take your bin into the studio.
- We encourage dancers to sanitize their hands before entering the studio.
- Absolutely no street shoes allowed in the studio.
- Hip-hop and fitness dancers must bring indoor runners and change into them once in the lobby.
ILLNESS + ABSENCE
- Dancers are asked not to attend class if they have tested positive for COVID-19.
- We require dancers who have tested positive for COVID-19 to wait for a negative COVID-19 test before returning to the studio (symptoms must also be resolved);
- Are currently required to quarantine or self-isolate.
- Face masks are requested for dancers feeling under the weather but testing negative for COVID-19.
- Our deep thanks for everyone’s continued caution and consideration of their classmates and teachers.
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE
