Established in 1985, we are a recreational studio with 40 years history in Richmond. Danceability offers classes in ballet, jazz, tap, theatre dance, hip-hop, and lyrical for all ages and levels. We also offer preschool classes for tiny dancers aged 3+ years, classes for older adults, and a dance fitness class for all adult ages and fitness levels.

...is that we are more than a dance studio. We are a community and a family.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of dance and are proud of the positive and inclusive environment you will find at our studio. All our classes teach classical technique in a light, engaging, atmosphere - most of all, we believe dancing should be FUN! For older students, we have adult and older adult classes in all levels that are welcoming and non-judgmental. It's never too late to start (or re-start!), and yes, you absolutely CAN do it!
